go on the internet and go on the dating website. i forget the website but there should b a shortcut on the rite side on the screen. pick male or female and pick a person you would want to date then scroll down and click date then wait a few days and check your email and there should b either a rejection letter or a request for a date click the reply button on the side and the date will show up in your organizer

also each girlfriend does have benefits for example if you call carmen it will give you a health boost

i know if you get Kiki as your girlfriend. She works for the D.A. or something, you can call her, and she will take away your wanted level. Very helpful in missions where you have a wanted level.
