I've just recently finished Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories and I've also finished Vice city for PC and Liberty City for PSP and now I don't now where to go from here. There is a game called Just cause which is quite like gta. its the same sort of idea of running from police, shooting people, doing missions etc...it is a good game

There is a game called gangs of London which is similar to grand theft auto, its for a psp i don't no if you can get it in a PC game. but the game is good.

Not sure about any for PSP as I dont have one, but if you like thoise kind of games, Just cause was already mentioned.
if you have an xbox 360 or a PS3, Grand Theft Auto IV (4) is coming out on the 29th april, definately worth a look.
