What is the best Grand Theft Auto game in you're opinion?

I recently finished playing Red Dead Redemption undead nightmare pack and had a look at Rockstars website and looked at there games, I liked the look at the Grand Theft Auto games on there, but which is the best for Xbox360 and is the game 'Bully' any good?What is the best Grand Theft Auto game in you're opinion?
San Andreas is a good game, but not amazing graphics, and is only availible on PS2 and original xbox. Best NEW gta would be episodes of liberty city. If you buy the disc of that you get TLAD and TBOGT. Tlad = better story TBOGT = better graphics/multiplayer
In my opinion San Andreas is the best GTA and the red dead redemtion undead nightmare is a very good game Bully is basically GTA in a school with the weapons replaced by things like slingshots and baseball bats no one ever gets killed in bully it's a very good game but after you've completed it the game becomes boringWhat is the best Grand Theft Auto game in you're opinion?

And yes bully is a fun game if you get scholarship edition it has more missions include one where you go to the mall and beat up santa and his elves X3
