It's a seperate game which you have to pay for, either by downloading it off of Xbox Live or else purchasing 'Episodes from Liberty City' in a store. Also you don't play as Tony, he's just the guy the story revolves around.How do you unlock the ballad of gay Tony in Grand Theft Auto IV?
