What grand theft auto are people using to modify the cars?

I wanted to know what game and game system are people using to modify the cars on Grand theft auto. I've been looking on youtube lately seeing box caprices, bubble caprices, cutlass, monte carlos, and donks with custom paint jobs and rims and I wanted to try to make some myself. Can anyone lead the way for me.What grand theft auto are people using to modify the cars?
Well gta san andreas on ps2.

I have seen it.

I think u can use cheats but i think the garage does it and something else. What grand theft auto are people using to modify the cars?
It could be any Grand Theft Auto game from GTA III onward. They are almost always the PC version, since modifying a console game would require burning a whole new disc for it. If you are asking what program is used to actually create the 3D models, I really don't know, but there are a lot of easy to download and use programs that let you add mods you get from the internet, and others that let you edit the textures as a picture, which can let you make your own rim designs and decals.

For GTA IV, I use Open IV. For Vice City, I use IMG Tool and Vice TXD. You may also need to use VC Limit Adjuster.

GTAGaming is a very useful website that I use for most of my modding.

*I cannot give the link for Open IV because there are many versions for the game version you have. What grand theft auto are people using to modify the cars?
I'd assume it was GTA: San Andreas, as that is one of the most customized versions. I use the PC version, and you can download various versions or cheat codes to put the custom cars in the game.

In the story of GTA: San Andreas, there is a garage in San Fierro called 'Wheel Arch Angels' where certain cars can be modded, but this can only be unlocked after a certain mission.
It will probably be on the Pc. Its way easier to mod, but you need a decent pc to run it :)
