No such thing as Unlimited Ammo or Health in the developer placed cheats, and I'm pretty sure that those would block achievements if they were there. The only cheats that don't block achievements are the Spawn Car codes (not including the Spawn Annihilator cheat since that blocks an achievement) and the change weather cheat.
