There is gta chinatown wars. And as for the ballad of gay tony it is simply an add on to gta 4 not a game in its self so the latest main GTA game is GTA 4What is the latest Grand Theft Auto game out right now? And is there any new one coming out any time soon?
I believe the last Full game was GTA IV
personally I'd say Go w/ San Andreas as IV is too shiny, and the collisions are too sensitive
